Twilight Linen makes conscious decisions putting the needs of our environment first.

All our packing is environmentally friendly and our courier bags are compostable. We put this to the test and have been assured by Nana that if you cut it up and put it in your compost it will turn into worm food.

Our courier company is also committed to a sustainable future. They have one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in the country, with the ambition to be running with 100% EV’s by 2025. Any company that is taking steps to preserve our environment is a plus for us at Twilight Linen and we hope it will be for our customers too.

All shipments are tracked and by entering your email address at the time of purchase you will be sent tracking details. This allows you to manage your parcel and choose to have it redirected or left on your doorstep awaiting your arrival home.

All shipments are at the cost of the customer unless otherwise specified.

For international shipping please send us an email with your address and we can organise a quote for you.

Returns

We will happily provide a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed and still in original condition.

All return shipments are at the cost of the customer and must be sent by a traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Twilight Linen is not responsible for missing returns without proof of delivery.

The price of shipping is non-refundable.

Twilight Linen reserve the right to deny refunds if the items returned do not meet the above requirements.

Refunds will be processed once the items are returned and have been checked for condition.
